Underwriting Administrative Assistant
16.66 / hour minimum starting pay
Job Level : Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing :
Sort, scan, and distribute mail, faxes, Document Control and unmatched checks. Handle must-answer phones for all Underwriting staff. Submit assigned invoices. Order consumer reports. Generate Canada Non-Resident Liability Cards and Loss History Reports. Distribute risk alerts and returned mail. Maintain Underwriting Department staffing roster and supplies.

- Superior communication and telephone skills
- Ability to perform the position with close to moderate supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a harmonious manner with co-workers
- Technical ability to effectively navigate several computer systems and programs
