Sheltering Arms is currently seeking a full time Patient Access Representative Float to join our team. This position will also float to provide coverage at our other outpatient clinics as needed.
Responsibilities include :
- Answering and routing phone calls to appropriate areas.
- Greeting, screening, and directing patients.
- Patient check-in and registration.
- Scheduling therapy appointments.
- Collecting copays.
- Working with clinical and clerical staff to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
