We are seeking a Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative located in the Watertown, CT area to join the SLG Call Center (currently working remotely). This individual will provide added value to our day-to-day sales support/customer service team within the Customer Service Department dedicated to our consumer product line.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL FRENCH/ENGLISH
- This is a full-time position.
- The schedule is 11:30am-8:00pm EST. However, schedule will be 8:30am-5pm during training period (about 1 month).
- This position is fully remote, but must be commutable to Watertown, CT for periodic trainings, meetings, and Factory Sales.
- Weekend shifts are required. 1-2 weekends per month once fully trained. When scheduled for a weekend day, will get a day off during the week.
- Must possess strong customer focus and pay great attention to detail with excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Flexible and versatile team player who is able to handle a heavy volume of inbound customer service related work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must have a strong service orientation and be goal-oriented to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Representing the company in its relationships with customers by assisting with service/sales.
- Entering customer orders into database system.
- Customer follow-up to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction with product.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, SKILLS, BACKGROUND, & EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH.
- Minimum of three years of demonstrated success in a customer service/sales environment.
- Strong preference for previous call center/telephone sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Time and desk management skills are a must.
- Intermediate level MS Office skills.
