What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Phlebotomist - Independent Contractor position at Shelton Diagnostics Inc?
We are seeking independent medically trained professionals to complete mobile draw/mobile specimen collections. Qualified applicants must display excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills in a fast paced environment.
Following requirements must be met:
· High school diploma or GED
· Minimum of 2 year phlebotomy experience.
· Excellent Phlebotomy skills is a must.
· Capable of completing medical history questionnaires written or on iPads.
· Must have reliable transportation -- Valid Drivers License.
· Be willing to travel at least 25-50 miles, this is a mobile position.

Job Type: Part-time – Full-time/ Monday-Friday. On call one saturday a month
Pay: $21 per hour , plus $.50 cents per mile after first 30 miles driven. You do not get mileage on your way home.
