Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene.
- Provide nutritional support by serving and collecting food trays and feeding residents who require assistance.
- Transport residents using wheelchairs or wheeled carts or assist them in walking.
- Reposition residents, either alone or with assistance.
- Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output, as well as weight, as directed.
- Complete necessary documentation.
