The Position:
As the Executive Director, you will guide the organization with 55 staff and a $2.6M annual budget. With a solid financial foundation and diverse funding streams, you will have the opportunity to cultivate current programs while steering future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.
§ Support the Board of Directors with governance, policy development and implementation.
§ Advocate for and represent the agency in identifying the needs of adults with disabilities.
§ Lead planning and ensuring mission alignment.
§ Oversee financial management.
§ Responsible for the physical maintenance and upkeep of all grounds, buildings, and vehicles.
§ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing agencies.
Qualifications:
§ A bachelor’s degree in human services or business field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
§ Possess a working knowledge of budget development and fiscal management, policy development, and grant writing.
§ Prefer 5 years of leadership/managerial experience (nonprofit/disability field preferred).
§ Experience in working with Boards/governance.
§ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
§ Commitment to disability advocacy and equity.
Compensation and Benefits:
Commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate. Shen-Paco offers a comprehensive benefit package including a 401K plan with company match, health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, LTD and paid time off and holidays.
Salary is based on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
