Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Infection Prevention and Control Program (IPCP) for multiple locations.
- Provide infection prevention and control training for new hires.
- Create education programs in response to identified infection control needs.
- Maintain the IPCP to ensure quality patient care regarding infection investigation, control, and prevention.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Complete specialized training in infection prevention and control within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum three years full-time or equivalent nursing experience required.
