Elementary Teacher 25-26 School Year

The Shenandoah Community School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Elementary Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Ideal candidates will have experience working with students and must have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated solid instructional practice. Must be able to create a flexible program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for students, in accordance with each pupil's ability; and to establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members. Must have Licensure through the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
