Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

The Shenandoah Community School District is seeking qualified application for a Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Coaching Authorization or Coaching Endorsement from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners prior to the start of the season. Candidates need to be able to create a flexible program, establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for students, in accordance with each pupil's ability; and to establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members.
