What are the responsibilities and job description for the .5 FTE Online Science teacher, Grade 5-12 25-26 School Year position at Shenandoah Community?
This position will teach and support Science content for students in grades 5-12. Supplement and support online instruction. Participate in IGNITE learning community events and activities as needed. Use best practices in online instruction. Maintain current technology skills. Plan, organize and develop collaborative learning experiences that are online or face to face. Collaborate with program staff to design and align with district course content and align with district course content. -Must have an Iowa license to teach Science in Grades 5-12 Preferred License: All Sciences - Applicants that are licensed to teach the following may be considered: 5-12 Basic Science, 5-12 Earth Science, 5-12 Biological Science, 5-12 Physics, 5-12 Chemistry.
