Shenandoah Community School District is seeking qualified applicants for a Full Time Online Special Education Teacher. Requirements: Current Iowa Teaching Certificate or ability to obtain one through the Iowa BOEE. Demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs of special education students and a strong desire to work with K-8 students. Supplement and support online instruction. Participate in IGNITE learning community events and activities as needed. Use best practices in online instruction. Maintain current technology skills. Plan, organize and develop collaborative learning experiences that are online or face to face.
