We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager/ Estimator, with 5 years experience in the construction industry, to join our team in the Tampa, FL area. As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our specialty construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring that all financial aspects are meticulously evaluated. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise in construction management software and project coordination will be essential.
**Duties:**
- Utilize construction management software such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and ProCore to prepare detailed cost estimates for specialty construction projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project budgets align with financial goals.
- Utilize tools like Primavera and Prolog for project scheduling and cost tracking.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and potential cost variations.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in construction site operations and familiarity with construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and other relevant software tools.
- Previous experience in contract review and understanding of project coordination processes.
- Familiarity with Primavera, ProCore, and Prolog for project scheduling and cost management.
