- Foster a culture of safety and excellence by following departmental and SMC policies, objectives, quality control standards, and performance improvement programs.
- Collect and label specimens accurately, maintaining their integrity until disposal in accordance with established policies.
- Perform test procedures in compliance with written guidelines and manufacturers' recommendations.
- Review patient results, communicate critical values, and ensure timely reporting.
