Job Title: BLS - Basic Life Support, ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated nurse to join our Inpatient Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse patient populations, including Observation, Acute, Skilled, and ICU patients.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Labor and Delivery (L&D) team to provide comprehensive care to patients in need. Our unit operates at a ratio of 1:5, with an average of 7 patients on the entire unit at any given time.
Work Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, from 07:00 to 19:00
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
