Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This role involves a variety of clinical tasks, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe environment while adhering to best practices in infection control and patient care protocols.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist in diagnostic evaluations and perform venipuncture as needed.
- Provide catheter care and support patients with their daily living activities.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, including infection control practices.
- Participate in occupational health assessments and contribute to the overall wellness of the patient population.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and systems.
- Proficient in venipuncture techniques and catheter care procedures.
- Ability to perform occupational health assessments effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on comfort and safety.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining patient records.

Pay: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour
