Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Weekend Baylor Program

Location : Shenandoah Senior Living Community, Shenandoah, PA

Pay Range : $18 - $20 / Hour

About the Role :

Join our Weekend Baylor Program and enjoy a unique schedule designed to balance work and life. CNAs in this program work 30 hours and get paid for 37.5 hours , plus enjoy full-time benefits! This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while earning competitive pay and benefits.

Available Shifts :

Full-Time : 7 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 PM (Saturday and Sunday)
Full-Time : 3 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM (Saturday and Sunday)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in accordance with their care plans.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, etc.).

Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the nursing team.

Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care.

Qualifications :

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania.
