Are you compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference? Shenandoah Senior Living Community is seeking a Personal Care Aide (Medication Technician) for a part-time position offering 24 hours per week . This role requires working 10 AM to 6 PM with every other weekend required .
Pay Rate : $14 - $15 / hour, depending on experience
About the Role
As a Personal Care Aide , you’ll provide daily care and companionship to our residents, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with personalized care plans. Training for medication administration is provided by the facility—no prior experience is necessary!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following training provided by the facility.
- Support residents during mealtimes and help ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Serve as a compassionate companion to our residents, fostering meaningful connections.
