Shenandoah Personal Care Home is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team in Shenandoah, PA!
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Schedule: Part-Time, 16-20 hours per week, Day Shift (Every other weekend and holiday required)
Rate: $14 - $15 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Follow housekeeping procedures to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, offices, and common areas.
- Perform deep cleaning of vacated rooms or rooms scheduled for routine cleaning.
- Handle soiled linens by washing, folding, and returning personal items to residents’ rooms.
- Organize and store residents’ clothes neatly in closets and drawers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
