We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician with at least over 1 year experience in the Apartments Maintenance industry to join our team. This person must be able to do a full make ready unit and service requests. Having Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical and Cabinetry skills is highly recommended. This position is available now for immediate hire upon completing job application at the site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Experience:

  • Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Required)
  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
