What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Kitchen Staff Member position at Shenorock Shore Club?
Snack bar cooks needed for a private club during the summer season, beginning in May. Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, appetizers and snacks. Ability to provide new ideas for weekly specials. Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations. Monday thru Sundays are our normal operating hours. Weekends and holidays a must. We are not convenient to mass transportation. Applicants must have own transportation. Compensation depends on experience.
