Shentel is hiring a Part Time Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Bedford Store. We are looking for a customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over the phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!We offer a great work environment and competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities:
Flexible schedule of 20 to 30 hours a week
Normal business hours, no nights
Closed Sundays, may work one Saturday a month
Must Have:
Reputation for working in a dynamic, fun environment
Your high school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service or call center experience
