What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at Shepard Group, Inc.?
Shepard Group, Inc. is looking for full time Landscape Laborers to join our commercial landscaping and maintenance division. This is a year round position that is based out of Westport, MA. Landscape and snow plowing experience is essential. Candidate must be self motivated, dependable and organized with excellent leadership skills. A valid driver's license and excellent driving record is a must. A D.O.T. medical card is required. A Massachusetts Pesticide Applicators License and Hoisting License is a plus. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours when necessary and due to weather. Plenty of overtime and benefits included (Health Insurance, Aflac, paid holidays and vacation time). Starting wages based on past experience and skills.
