Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in serious felony matters, including:
- Sexual Battery
- Lewd & Lascivious Molestation
- Murder
- Other high-level offenses
- Conduct legal research, write motions, and prepare for court
- Handle trials, pre-trial hearings, and negotiations with prosecutors
- Collaborate with a seasoned team of attorneys and support staff
- Maintain strong communication with clients
- Contribute to a team-oriented, respectful, and fun work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license
- Minimum 3 years of criminal trial experience
- Excellent courtroom presence and trial skills
- Strong legal research and writing abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor
- Commitment to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality
