Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Desktop Support Technician role located in Owasso, OK. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing Business to Business technical support for desktop computers, cyber security administration, email administration, troubleshooting issues, and performing computer repairs.
Qualifications
- Desktop Computers, Technical Support, and Printer Support skills
- Remote technical support via Remote Desktop and phone
- Troubleshooting and Computer Repair skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A ) are a plus but not required
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.12 - $23.63 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
