This position has primary responsibility for ensuring a high level of customer service, following all processes and guidelines.
This is a Part-Time position and does require a flexible schedule. The hours are 12AM-8AM Friday, Saturday and Sunday with potential additional shifts to pick up. Our Dispatcher's earn $17.00 hourly.

Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Respond promptly to customer service issues as they arise, via email and in person.
- Experience with NetPark or any other parking software including but not limited to: daily ticket maintenance and reservation management. (preferred)
- Complete daily business reconciliation to insure accuracy of bank deposits.
- Complete other job duties as assigned.
- Handling cash as well as balancing the cash drawer at end of day.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
