Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The FNP will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Perform procedures such as venipuncture, infection control measures, and administration of dermal fillers.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in clinical research and diagnostic evaluations.
- Maintain accurate patient records using ICD-10 coding systems.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Participate in occupational health assessments and interventions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols in all clinical activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Valid state nursing license with prescriptive authority.
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices and clinical systems.
- Experience in performing diagnostic evaluations and managing chronic diseases.
- Familiarity with procedures related to pediatrics is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
