Salubrious WellCare, a certified and accredited mental health agency, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will primarily focus on serving the mental health (MH) and substance use disorder (SUD) needs of our adult population, with occasional opportunities to work with children. Additionally, we are introducing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services and providing counseling to enhance client care.
You will collaborate closely with our Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) and Qualified Mental Health Specialists (QMHSs), ensuring a team-based approach to care. Furthermore, you will work alongside our partner, Shephard's Geriatric Care, led by Nurse Practitioner Krystal Jones-Shephard, which provides primary care services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health and SUD treatment to adult clients.
- Deliver occasional care to children as needed.
- Offer MAT services in alignment with client treatment plans.
- Collaborate with LSWs, QMHSs, and primary care providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio.
- Certification in psychiatric-mental health (PMHNP).
- Experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for community-focused, patient-centered care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.
