We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
• Assist with bussing tables and helping to clear away used dishes and utensils from dining areas.
• Support food handling processes by ensuring that clean dishes are readily available for food service staff.
• Help with basic food prep tasks as needed to support the culinary team during busy periods.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation practices.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment by cleaning floors, counters, and other surfaces as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others within the team are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
