As a Loss Control Consultant, you are responsible for presenting to clients and supports and assists the team in managing the safety, loss control and claims services we provide to our clients. With a positive attitude, you will present key data to our Client Service team as well, allowing them to be better equipped to work with their clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute detailed plans, key activities, and update annual trackers with new client information.
- Conduct Workers’ Compensation and Package Onboarding presentations (60-day to 90-day plans) and mid-year presentations.
- Manage external client communication, set appointments, presentations, follow up and handle issue resolution with clients.
- Create, track, and monitor loss control initiatives.
- Create, develop and implement client communication initiatives including but not limited to email campaigns.
- Assist with development of safety content including presentations, ideas for PFS articles, Newsletter topics etc.
- Track and monitor loss control recommendations and compliance.
- Manage agency management system, document management, and ensure data is current and up to date.
- Maintain detailed documentation during monthly team meetings, and provide documentation follow up to team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience: At least five (5) years’ experience in similar position is desirable.
- Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. College degree is preferred, not necessary.
- Possess a thorough understanding of loss control initiatives.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the capacity to balance multiple responsibilities or projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal abilities that facilitate clear communication with clients and colleagues.
- Familiar in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), agency & document managing system.
