What we are looking for: We are looking to hire a full-time experienced veterinary technician for our growing practice. This individual must be a passionate life-time learner with excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates should have a passion to work with animals but not forget people come with them. Ideal candidates will have some customer service experience, demonstrate history of excellent communication skills and working within a collaborative professional team environment. Many job tasks will be unassisted after a comprehensive training program. Certification preferred but not required. At least 1 year experience in veterinary field required. If you have a CVT license starting pay rate could be significantly higher than advertised in this add.

We have just move into a brand new hospital close to 65 and 248 in April of 2023. - Administering certain medications
- Patient care
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting doctors in exam rooms
- Assisting doctors in surgery
- Significant amount of cleaning
- Assisting with patient restraint
- Packing surgery equipment for sterilization
- Performing diagnostics such as bloodwork, X-rays, blood smears, fecal slides

Custodial, retail, organizational duties 10%
