What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Renovation Supervisor position at Shepherd Real Estate LLC?
As the Real Estate Renovation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our construction and remodeling projects. You will lead a crew and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction and remodeling projects, typically 1-2 weeks per project.
- Oversee daily property maintenance operations, including 2 maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate and schedule tasks to ensure construction projects work orders are completed on time.
- Perform hands-on work including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and general construction tasks.
- Communicate effectively with office manager and provide leadership, training, and support to crew members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction, remodeling, or property maintenance.
- Proven experience with all aspects of remodeling and construction, including framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Higher pay available, depending upon experience and production.
