Job Summary / Basic Function
The Math tutor(s) will offer help and answer math questions for high school students registered in in-person on-campus tutorial sections during 3-5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays when Shepherd University is open during Fall 2024 and / or Spring 2025. The program is partially sponsored by the S-STEM club and the CME S-STEM program.
Minimum Qualifications
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
Earned a grade of B or above for at least one of MATH 155 / Math 254 / MATH 207 / Math 307.
Enrolled part-time at Shepherd University Fall / Spring 2024-2025.
Preferred Qualifications
Have tutorial or TA experience.
