- Be a source of hope—support, encourage, and pray with women and children in the program.
- Ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines.
- Lead with grace and accountability, helping women stay on track with their recovery goal.
- Drive residents to emergency appointments (company vehicle provided).
- Foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal boundaries.
- Demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community.
- Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance to the women, children, staff, and volunteers.
- You have experience with domestic violence, addiction recovery, or homelessness.
- You have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and want to live out your faith in your work.
- You’re compassionate, adaptable, and able to lead with both kindness and accountability.
- You have a valid driver’s license (3 years) and a clean driving record.
- You can lift up to 30 lbs. and meet the physical demands of the role.
- You’re teachable, flexible, and eager to grow in your calling.
