After each shift, I leave feeling honored to have partnered another day alongside each woman and child at Shepherd?s Gate. I have encountered the most resilient, tenacious, determined, and courageous women who inspire me to fight through the battles in my own life. I am so grateful that I have been given the opportunity to work for such an organization where you can walk through the halls and feel touched by the power and presence of God. While it is true as a Residential Coordinator, I have the ability to positively influence many lives, I would argue the residents positively influence me all the more. What You?ll Do:
- Be a source of hope?support, encourage, and pray with women and children in the program.
- Ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines.
- Lead with grace and accountability, helping women stay on track with their goals.
- Drive residents to appointments and essential locations (company vehicle provided).
- Foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal boundaries.
- Demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community.
- Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance to the women, children, staff, and volunteers.
Is This You?
- You have experience with domestic violence, addiction recovery, or homelessness.
- You have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and want to live out your faith in your work.
- You?re compassionate, adaptable, and able to lead with both kindness and accountability.
- You have a valid driver?s license (3 years) and a clean driving record.
- You can lift up to 30 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
- You?re teachable, flexible, and eager to grow in your calling.
