Job Description
Join Shepler’s as a Mechanic! Shepler’s is looking for knowledgeable, hardworking mechanics to join our team. Primary duties include; performing preventative maintenance on engines, vehicles, vessels, and equipment, replacing parts, disassemble and inspect motors, diagnosing problems. Additional duties include; welding as needed, ordering parts and supplies, and performing warranty work on private vessels.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable operating and working around vehicles including trucks, forklifts, and scissor-lifts. Must be able to work independently, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, manage time, and have pride in the work that you do. Must also be comfortable working outside in all elements, lifting/moving 50lbs regularly, and prolonged periods of using hands, kneeling, and bending/stooping. Must be 18 years of age with a valid US driver’s license.
