We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day experience of our studio—ensuring the space is welcoming, organized, and ready for collaboration. This role requires cross-departmental collaboration within our architecture firm, high levels of communication and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

In this role you cultivate and champion the office experience for our teams and guests. This includes serving as the point of contact for Bulfinches (that's us) and guests on all office-related matters. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office environment
- Exemplify strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful and solution oriented
- Great at execution and follow-through
- Comfortable with technology and knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
- Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds
In this position you’ll help create a positive environment by preparing meeting rooms, keeping supplies stocked, planning and setting up events, plus coordinating with building staff and IT to keep everything running well. This role will also focus on documentation, virtual coordination, helping with research, and planning and executing firm activities. With Shepley embracing a hybrid-forward work model, this position is expected in the studio at least 4 days a week with the opportunity to work from home one day a week, if desired. The balance of in-person and remote work helps keep both our physical space and virtual operations running smoothly.
