Overview
The Engineered Wood Inside Sales position is responsible for supporting all day-to-day aspects of the sales process for engineered wood products (EWP), including but not limited to reviewing plans, providing estimates, ordering, working with vendors, and providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Schedule Monday to Friday, full-time.
The Engineered Wood Inside Sales position is responsible for supporting all day-to-day aspects of the sales process for engineered wood products (EWP), including but not limited to reviewing plans, providing estimates, ordering, working with vendors, and providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include
- Support all needs of the engineered wood outside sales lead.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers, understanding their needs and being a resource to them.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the team, answering phones and following up on outstanding requests.
- Review customer plans and projects, developing estimates and blueprint take-offs.
- Work closely with the internal general sales teams to support the sale of EWP products.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department on ordering stock and special orders, and the operations team on preparing orders and delivery.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
