What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accreditation Readiness Analyst (Full Time, Towson) position at Sheppard Pratt?
General Summary:
- The Accreditation Readiness Analyst serves as the administrative lead for system-wide accreditation readiness activities.
- The Accreditation Readiness Analyst, reporting to the Clinical Director of Quality and Safety, coordinates activities related to hospital-based accreditation, including survey event and communications coordination, monitoring and filings associated with survey cycle, standards, compliance, and action plans.
- The Accreditation Readiness Analyst works closely with individuals responsible for similar activities in the RTC/Schools and Community service lines to provide integrated support and a comprehensive view of all accreditation activities across the health system.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Master’s degree
- 2 years of clinical health care experience or healthcare quality improvement, preferrable coordinating survey or regulatory compliance activities; TJC preferred, including proficiency with TJC Connect. CPHQ preferred.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including creation of process maps and use of software (MS Project or Lucid Chart preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including use MS Teams for document management.
- Proficient user of Excel, including creation/use of formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
- Work requires the ability to facilitate groups with many different stakeholders.

The pay range for this position is $56,700.80 minimum to $87,568.00 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
