What to expect.
The Program Supervisor is a balanced 50/50 split between clinical work as a therapist and managerial responsibilities. You will manage a caseload of 10-13 clients, working within a multi-disciplinary team, participating in research efforts, and providing services using an evidence-based model approach. The role involves working with a population where you will be trained and provided with resources by the University of Maryland and Sheppard Pratt. As a supervisor, you will oversee program operations, offer consultation to team members on early psychosis intervention principles, and coordinate key services like client screening, treatment planning, and referral pathways.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conducting screenings, intakes, and orientations for incoming clients experiencing psychosis, providing psychoeducation and family support.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, including referrals to specialized services within OnTrack.
- Supporting clients in finding, securing, and maintaining employment, while implementing behavioral interventions to enhance social functioning and reduce substance use.
- Providing supervision and support for the professional growth of program staff.
- Collaborating in developing program budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
What we need from you.
- Must possess one of the following at time of hire:
- Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Two years of experience as a licensed clinician.
- Dedicated experience supporting individuals with psychotic illnesses.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 minimum to $87,550 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license and years and level of related experience.
