What to expect.
This is a direct care opportunity to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining eligibility for entitlement programs.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Explaining entitlement programs and cost of care expectations to clients.
- Assisting clients in applying for benefits they are eligible for upon enrollment and reviews their eligibility annually.
- Preparing cost of care and rental amount reports and ensuring that all payments are submitted in a timely fashion.
