What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Central Staffing Coordinator (Full Time, Towson, 7am-3:30pm) position at Sheppard Pratt?
General Summary:
- Under the direction of the SP Workforce Manager, the Lead Staffing Coordinator leads the day-to-day operations of the staffing office, including delegation of tasks.
- As a team leader, you will be the primary point-of-contact for all team members, so the candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
- You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
- Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve predefined goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Work requires high school diploma
- 2-3 years administrative/clinical work experience in a clinical setting, including at least 1 year of staffing experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience. Must demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Follow through on inquiries and projects to ensure completion
- Ability to manage the performance of others seriously, but tactfully
- A commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to multi-task with ease to handle the needs of various reps at the same time
- Work requires effective interpersonal skills to effectively work with people of differing backgrounds, personalities, and cultures.
- Work requires ability to work with Workforce Manager to document and implement standard business practices for staffing office.
Hours:
- Monday through Friday and every other weekend, 2pm-10pm

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
