Sheppard Pratt is in search of a Nurse Educator to join the team in Baltimore, Maryland!
Location : 6501 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21204
Pay : $77,640 - $124,224
Shift : Monday through Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm
Responsibilities :
Nurse educators are responsible for designing, evaluating, updating, and implementing new and current nursing education curriculums. These educational professionals act as both advisers and role models for the staff, assisting them in their journeys toward becoming amazing clinicians, delivering evidence-based care, and achieving optimal patient outcomes.
Design, implement, continuously improve, and adapt curriculum and training, lesson plans, and professional development programs depending on educational needs and abilities.
Must Haves :
- Maryland RN license
- 2 years clinical RN experience, 1 of those years being in psych
- Master’s degree in education or nursing
