What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatrist - Outpatient Focused position at Sheppard Pratt?
This is not a remote position, and the work will be done on site at our Towson, Maryland campus.
Sheppard Pratt offers expert, comprehensive outpatient services for a variety of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance use disorder and more. We are in the process of expanding our outpatient services at our Towson location and are seeking psychiatrists who have an interest in serving this population.
Psychiatrists interested in this role should have experience in providing outpatient services and utilizing in-depth knowledge of various psychotherapeutic methods. In addition, this role requires excellent communication and professional skills. Psychiatrists may provide psychotherapy in addition to providing psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management services. Psychiatrists on this team will interface with other outpatient providers in addition to the psychiatry team on the Retreat, which is Sheppard Pratt’s premier, private pay residential program.

The pay range for this position is $240,000 minimum to $285,000 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, board certifications and years and level of related experience.
