Specific responsibilities include:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
- Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
- Flexible scheduling options.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
- Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
- Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.

- Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
- Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- LCSW-C & LCPC licensed therapists can expect a salaried rate of $82,400 annual in the first 90 days.
- After the first 90 days, providers can expect $64.77 for diagnostic assessments and $51.07 for 45 minutes follow up appointments.
- LMSW & LGPC licensed therapists can expect to earn $67,980 annual in the 90 days.
- After the first 90 days, providers can expect $52.51 for diagnostic assessments and $42.17 for 45 minutes follow up appointments.
