Our Young Adult Unit is a 14-bed unit located on our Towson Campus serving patients ages 18 to 30 with one or more psychiatric disorders. Our experienced staff has the capability to treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including, but not limited to: bipolar disorder, depression, and first-break psychosis.
What to expect.
We are looking for a caring Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about working with young adults in an inpatient care setting. In this role, you’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care to patients facing mental health challenges. We have flexible shift options including day, evenings, and weekends and do not require psychiatric nursing experience. What we need from you.
- Must hold current registered nurse (RN) licensure to practice in Maryland at the time of appointment and maintain licensure throughout the duration of employment.
- Candidates residing in a compact state may apply with a multistate license and must obtain a Maryland RN license within 60 days of relocation.
- Experience in a psychiatric nursing setting is preferred, but not necessary.
The pay range for this position is $36.00 minimum to $55.17 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience as a registered nurse.
