Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Ensure that all kitchen utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required by the culinary team.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, such as banquets or events.
Experience
