Who We’re Looking For: We are searching for highly skilled, compassionate caregivers who excel in delivering superior care with minimal supervision. As a key member of Team Sheraton, you will: 

  • Lead with Initiative: Demonstrate foresight and a proactive approach in delivering care. 

  • Excel in Independence: Work autonomously with a strong ability to follow and update care plans. 

  • Drive Impact: Use your experience and dedication to significantly improve the lives of our clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Personal Care: Provide essential support including bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers. 

  • Meal Preparation: Create nutritious and appealing meals tailored to client needs. 

  • Companionship: Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional support. 

  • Light Housekeeping: Ensure a clean and safe living environment. 

  • Medication Reminders: Help clients adhere to their medication schedules. 

  • Errands/Transportation: Assist with necessary errands and transportation. 

  • Care Plan Adherence: Follow and update client care plans as needed. 

Position Requirements: 

  • References: Provide contact details for two references who can attest to your caregiving expertise. 

  • Valid ID: Ensure compliance with I-9 requirements. 

  • Negative TB Test: Proof of a negative TB test (we cover the cost for eligible candidates). 

  • Certifications: Home Care Aide Certification, Certified Nursing Assistant License. Dementia Care Certificate is a plus. 

  • Reliable Commute: Demonstrate reliable transportation.
