What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel?
The Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Guest Service Agent .
Located in the heart of the Carolinas, the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel is a 222 room, eight-story high-rise hotel just two miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Our central location near Interstates 85, 77, and 485 gives you a quick and easy commute.
As a Guest Service Agent for the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel, you will play a key role in the success of the entire hotel. This position will mainly work the2nd Shift from 3pm - 11pm however, times may vary.
Essential functions for this position are:
- Guest check in/check out through “the Welcome” and “the Farewell” programs
- Respond to guest requests and needs
- Complete all required reports
- Customer Service
- Balancing money
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- This position will not have a set schedule
The best candidate for the this position at the Sheraton Charlotte will have:
- 1 - 2 years experience as a Hotel Front Desk and in a high volume hotel.
- A proven track of Customer Service.
- A smiling friendly attitude.
- Strong leadership qualities and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Marriott Lightspeed is helpful but not required.
