Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Meeting Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, revenue management, and leadership.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel resort operations
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Oversee front desk operations and guest services
- Lead human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Supervise staff members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Provide leadership and guidance to all departments within the resort
Experience:
