What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Servers position at Sheraton Greensboro?
The Sheraton Greensboro is now seeking dynamic servers for our very busy newly renovated restaurant!
We are currently looking for both AM and PM shifts!
AM Shift starts at 5:30/6:00AM so is great for early risers!
PM Shift starts around 4:00PM!
This position will:
- Warmly greet guests creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring timely service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Address questions and resolve any issues
- Work and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service
- Maintain a clean and neat work area
- Should have prior restaurant service experience
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be customer service driven with a friendly demeanor
- Should have excellent attention to detail
- Must be a team player
- Should have experience with POS system
